As the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Proxpert Consulting Services, she works hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs and respective teams to bring clarity, structure and growth into their day-to-day operations.
Her journey began when a simple question arised: why do some businesses grow effortlessly while others struggle despite their hard work and efforts? Over the years, this question fuelled her curiosity and encouraged her to explore the deeper branches between people, processes, and purpose, which built an understanding that now pumps the heart of her consulting approach.
A Qualified Chartered Accountant, proudly holding over 10 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning, Dhara has trained more than 100,000 individuals and has been invited as a faculty member for numerous Entrepreneurship Development Programs.
She brings proven expertise in human resource management, organizational designing, process optimization, and team building. Her strength lies in transforming complex business challenges into simple, and actionable systems — systems that work for the people, and not against them.
